We met with this employer on January 23, 2008, and again on February 12, with a number of smaller issues being settled and wage discussions fruitful. A number of roadblocks remain, however, and consultations with these members will take place to plot further strategies.

This Agreement will expire within the next few months. Members will receive requests for, and submit their bargaining proposals; a meeting will also be held to select Negotiation Committee members.
